Please help us ensure that the University remains at 100% compliance with the requirement for timely sexual harassment prevention education (SHPE).  The next quarterly due date is Dec. 31, 2013.  As of today there are still 202 persons who are due to take an approved SHPE course on or before Dec. 31, 2013.

Please use the SH Training Due This Quarter Report within the Training Reports in Self-Service to determine who within your unit/s is due to complete an approved course by the end of the quarter. We suggest you send reminders to your affected faculty/staff early in December, due to the upcoming winter break and holiday/vacation schedules.

The SHPE reports are current as of Nov. 30, 2013.  Due to the coming deadline, EOD and IMFO will upload completions data every Monday morning (i.e., Dec. 9, 16, 23, and 30).  We will also due a special upload on Tue., Dec. 31, 2013.  The completions data will normally be current in HRIS on those dates by 12:00PM.
