Revisions to SHPE Reports (June 27, 2013)

July 30, 2014

EOD has revised the SHPE training reports in Self Service; the reports now exclude FT18’s (undergraduate teaching assistants) from the SHPE reports.  We had agreed to exempt several undergraduate TAs from the SHPE requirement this past year because there is no explicit requirement in the University’s Policy on Sexual Harassment that mandates the undergraduate TAs complete a SHPE course.  Individual colleges may still require the FT18’s to complete the training if their leadership so desires but it is no longer a requirement by central administration. The FT18’s course completions may still be viewed with that of all other departmental faculty/staff by running the SH Training Summ - All Empl report in Self Service.  Contact Jennifer Modestou ( with any questions/concerns.
