To assist the unit human resources representatives in reminding employees of their due dates for sexual harassment prevention education, a new quarterly report (SH Training Due This Quarter) has been added to the Training Reports in Self-Service.

The SH Training Due This Quarter report will always reflect the compliance requirements as of the first date of the next quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1).  The report works exactly as the prior report did – those with access can run the report for a department.  The results will include the actual As Of Date (e.g. Sexual Harassment Training due as of July 01, 2013 for 05-0315).  The report is online now as “SH Training Due This Quarter,” under Training Reports in Self-Service.  Questions regarding the report should be directed to Jennifer Modestou in EOD (jennifer-modestou@uiowa.edu).
