The Diversity Resources unit helps to shift and maintain a University of Iowa campus culture that is more inclusive, welcomes diversity, and increases dialogue across difference. Our trainers offer in-person, application-based sessions as well as host events that centralize the voices of marginalized populations and recognize achievement for equity efforts. Diversity work can be challenging, so we are happy to speak with about any concern you or your office might be having and provide consultation for self-learning, guidance, and support. We invite you to explore our website and the websites of all the DDEI offices. We welcome suggestions for ways to enhance your experience at the University of Iowa; please contact us if we can be of assistance to you.
